Diva Dance
Would you like to learn some new moves? Be sure to sign up for our next Diva Dance class led by Danielle Ledezma from 11:00 am-12:00 pm!

small group
Our small group is led by our counselor Emma Bridges from 11:00 am-12:00 pm. They will be going over the transition from survivor mode.
April 11
big group
Sign up for our next big group session that is from 11:00 am-2:00 pm. We will have a guest speaker from the San Antonio Food Bank that will be doing a food demonstration so don't miss out!

acupressure class
This month we will have another acupressure class led by instructor Carolyn Leigh! She teaches our ladies how to use acupressure magnetic patches and more! If you would like to join our next class, make sure to sign up!
